Home sweet home...

Today, Year 4 made choice chambers to discover which habitats ants preferred. By changing one variable and observing their behaviour, we found that ants preferred dark, damp, smooth soil.

We have been very busy solving time problems - especially tricky when your clocks only have one hand!

Along with many children worldwide, Korora Class participated in the Jamie Oliver Food Revolution Day to squish, squash and bash vegetables together to make a healthy, nutritious sandwich. Mmmm...

What a wonderful day we had on Tiritiri Matangi, learning all about native birds and plants and how important it is to protect them.
